Selina Ramon
I came to the place in the dark, after I’ve been in Eilat, warm sun during the day, in the night was 15 degrees. Park in the place. it was cold after Eilat. I’ve change the clothes to something warm and do the quick check in, I’ve seen places to seat near the fireplace. Was 5 of them and sofas near them, warm again. Beautifull people, good vibe, endless stars, no moon.
After getting warm we’ve went to the tent a big one with lots of beds on the floor with warm cover and soft pelow, fel a sleep immediately
Woke up in this amazing colors, blue sky, no clouds, big sun, different colors of brown in endless spaces of the desert
The staff is young and happy with very accepting vibe.
Wash my face in this big stone decorated showers/bathroom. Warm water were all day and night. Near there was this huge kitchen, with pots for poyke ( this is a pot to make a stew m sup ) big refrigerators and pen / paper to right your dates and names on it. Gril, gas, all the equipment that you need to make a tasty and complicated food and simple as one.
There another tent near by for breakfast, tea / coffee all day, with tables / chars / sofas / books / games for kids and the mind, Several heaters on gas and electricity . Also there is electricity and good Wi-Fi in all Selina spaces.
Two pools, lots of places to seat and a work shop course of making dinnerware from clay, colors and a big oven for it.
There is a tent for yoga every morning in 8:00.
In this tent there are suveral different activities mostly from the east. One night was learning about the star, other day was a circle near the fireplace and it was a spiritual experience with a guide that made for us a circle with Guided Imagery with big questions.
There is Chay everyday at 18:30. In the reception they survey different food. And some good equipment for you.
The Selina Ramon is on the south Ramon Crater
There a lot of hiking trails. Take a lot of water and go Glamping there or Camping. You can open a tent and pay for using the facilites
In the near future they gonna re-open the Camping area
Almost forgot, there is a cowork space with AC and big tent of canvas and for couples / families.
Near the fireplace there is a Stage for performances. The artist they bring are unique.
I’ve stayed there for almost two weeks.
